Following is an important notice. Please read it before you proceed to make a booking for the National Olympic Memorial Youth Center.


<Notice and agreement>

・Duration for lodging : July 14 - 21 (22 check out)

・All rooms are single, equipped with private bath, toilet, and air conditioner.

・The accommodation fee is 4,000 yen per day, including tax. No extra charge will be added. (Room charge \2,400 + administrative and handling charge \1,600)

・The accommodation fee should be paid in cash (Japanese yen only) when you check in. The room key will be given to you after you have paid the total amount.

・No payment can be refunded.

・A hairdryer and trouser press can be rented at your request at the front desk. Please note that only 10 hairdryers and two presses are available for use in 200 rooms.

・Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available at several restaurants inside the National Olympic Memorial Youth Center.

・You can buy daily necessities and light meals at a shop on the ground floor of the lodging building.

・During your stay, you should keep the room key. If you lose the room key, we will ask you to pay for it.

・In any emergency, you can contact one of our staff for assistance by cell phone. You will be advised of the number when you check-in.

・Please note that the staff at the front desk speak only English.

・The building is open 24 hours, but the front desk will close at 22:00.


<Accommodations at the Olympic Center>


○ Facilities in the room: television, radio, clock, telephone, hanger, clothes brush, shoehorn, slippers, mirror, safe, electric kettle-type water heater, teacup


○ Amenity set: cool box, face towel, bath towel, bath mat, two-in-one shampoo, soap, glass


Although this is student accommodation, the advantage is that you do not have to commute to the venue because you are already at the venue site. Next to the National Olympic Memorial Youth Center are Meiji Shrine and Yoyogi Park, and the site is surrounded by greenery. We will make every effort to ensure your stay is comfortable, but we would appreciate your understanding that the facilities are limited when compared to hotel accommodation.
